Full Description:

Working for an established financial services company based in West Sussex, the role of Finance Manager reports into the Head of Finance with two primary responsibilities; to manage the Financial Accounting and Management Accounting teams to ensure delivery of their daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities ( includes development of the team members and ongoing review and implementation of process improvements to generate efficiencies, cost savings and improved financial controls) and to be the primary finance contact for all project activity (includes establishing Finances requirements, managing/liaising with relevant stakeholders).

Applicants will be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with relevant finance experience gained from within a Life Assurance organisation. Staff management and project management are also two key areas of experience that is required for the role.
