• What’s involved:

Working within the Group framework, lead on the Association’s continuous improvement processes.

Responsibility for developing and delivering effective performance management, policy compliance and business planning processes that support the delivery of high quality, customer focussed services that are meet local needs.

To lead a small team responsible for local office management as part of the Group Facilities function.

- Significant management/leadership and achievement experience in a social housing or customer service environment.

- Significant experience of Budget management

- Experience of Line Management responsibilities and supporting evidence
