Job Description
My client, a large housing association based in East London, is urgently seeking a Finance Officer for a period of 1 month to join their team and catch up with control account reconciliations and updating of their property register and Rent Restructuring model.
The successful candidate should be AAT qualified with at least three years experience of control account reconciliations in an RSL setting. Advanced working knowledge of Excel encompassing use of pivot tables is also required, along with the ability to work with large volumes of data speedily but accurately with minimum supervision. A full understanding of running Rent Restructuring models would be a distinct advantage, and experience using Open Accounts.
