Job Description
The Role:
A leading banking group has instructed us to recruit an Operational Readiness Lead to coordinate the delivery of various integration projects within Retail Banking. This position will involve the delivery of the operational readiness build plan as well as managing the process and operational readiness team to ensure that the business capability required for the integration is ready for implementation. This involves all operating model, process or resource changes alongside the development of staff communications and training.
The Client: A major Banking group
The Candidate:
You are an extremely strong Project Manager with extensive experience of Retail Banking (procedural and product knowledge). You will have experience of creating operational readiness plans.
The ideal candidate will have worked on Retail Banking Programmes with significant operational deliverables and systems impacts, ideally as Project Manager or above. You will have excellent change management knowledge and be comfortable in facilitating conversations across stakeholder groups, including the Business and Director-level.
You will have experience in giving shape to unstructured problems and in driving out the salient issues for attention. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of credibly representing the project in the context of the wider Integration Programme.
