Chef de Partie required for a fantastic hotel in Sussex £16.5K
Coming from a rosette background with strong fine dining experience, you will have a stable and impressive career history to date and be looking for a progressive next step.
This hotel restaurant has a well deserved and highly regarded reputation, highly deserving its multiple Rosette accreditation.
The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce to a 2 rosette and have previous experience in this position and a strong banqueting background. Although the establishment may differ in standard all applicants should have rosette experience and be able to demonstrate that they are dedicated and committed to their career progression with this fabulous client. Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential
