The Borough is re-engineering its Requisition to Pay processes to achieve major efficiencies in the procurement process and support adoption of a Category Management approach for maximum procurement effectiveness and delivery of major financial savings.
Two Transition Officers are required for a period of 3 – 6 months, to assist suppliers and internal clients to adapt to the new ways of working, and support the compliance function.

- minimum of 2 years corporate procurement experience within a large (preferably public sector) organisation
- Category management related experience
- change management experience within procurement
