Job Description

An excellent position has become available for a Deputy Manager work at a large nursing home that caters for elderly residents as well residents that are suffering from Dementia.The Role: Manage the home in the absence of the General ManagerAct as Clinical Lead within the HomeManage all Registered Nurses within Kingsland HouseImplement training/induction programmes for all Care StaffEnsure the highest level of care is delivered throughout the HomeQuality Management and audits with the Clinical Department of the HomeWork with the General Manager in improving the quality rating from CSCIFollow up enquiries on private beds both Dementia and Nursing.To be considered for this position you will need to have: RGN qualification with experience of working with elderly care within a nursing home setting. Must have experience at Supervisory level within a nursing home. Excellent clinical skills and supervisory experience. Ability to lead and motivate other staff members. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
