Job Description
My client, an internationally leading Market Research company based in West London are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join the finance team on a maternity cover contract.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, responsibilities in this role will include:
* Dealing with high value accounts
* Chasing debt via phone, letter and email
* Raising a number of credit notes and settling account disputes with customers
* Regularly liaising with customers and senior members of the team on the finance and non-finance side
