Job Description

Customer Service/Sales Consultants

One of the leading call centres in Brighton is currently searching for a number of consultants to join their expanding team.

You will thrive on working in a fast paced environment where it is expected that you will meet sales targets. You will be making outbound calls to offer customer’s solution through excellent customer service and sales across a number of different campaigns.

Critical to your success in this role are your outstanding communication skills, your proven experience in customer service, with a motivation to exceed sales targets. We require you to be confident and have pride in your ability to deliver quality service.

You will be available to work Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
