Full Description:

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious company, Virgin Atlantic for telephone agents to work from our office in Brighton, Sussex.

You will be working in a customer service sales capacity talking to frequent flyers and offering an exclusive credit card that includes frequent flyer miles. This is not scripted so you must have a great telephone manner and be able to speak to people from all walks of life.

This is a full time position (35 hours)

Monday to Friday- 11:30am – 7:00pm

Starting salary - £6:75 per hour +commission

You will have a proven high volume tele-sales record, excellent questioning skills and a good understanding of 1st class service.
