The Role
A senior data focussed role, responsible for maintenance of CRM systems and scheduling of activities for Clients. Duties include database updates, extracts, reporting, support, issue resolution, change request testing, input into system development and attendance at client meetings. Strong organisational skills, the ability to think on your feet and multi-task to deal with many simultaneous requests is a must. Strong communication skills with both the client and internal parties is required.

3. Very good knowledge of Alterian Dynamic Messenger
4. Knowledge of Alterian Updates and iloader

JOB DESCRIPTION
•Perform all work accurately and to specified deadline
•Have a sound knowledge of the systems and processes and suggest and implement improvements with authorisation from the Team Leader (TL)
•Schedule team work, deal with scheduling conflicts in the absence of the TL
•Communicate technical information and in a non-technical manner if required
•Support the TL in taking on new clients and setting up from beginning
•Support the TL in Development Projects, Change Controls and Testing
•Suggest solutions and propose ways forward for Issues/Problems relating to products, clients and the team.
•Responsible for own personal development and product knowledge with support from TL

•Understand the needs of the client and respond efficiently and appropriately to meet these
•Suggest ideas to add value to the client
•Ensure the team maintain a professional service to both internal and external clients
Communication
•Attend client meetings as the sole technical representative when required
•Provide clear communication to team members (internal and external) during campaigns
•Document and communicate all product changes to the Service Delivery (SD) team keeping TL appraised of changes
•Document a comprehensive, structured and clear handover for planned periods of absence, including clarification of who will be covering which items. Handover to include reference to any helpful documentation and relevant QA processes
•Self-manage workload and highlight any scheduling conflicts to the TL
•Share information and knowledge gained on clients with the team
Problem solving/decision making
•Solve most problems and seek assiatance (where applicable) and communicate issues and resolution to TL
•Multi task to deal with urgent and quick turnaround jobs to meet deadlines
•Resolve complex issues with guidance from the TL
Quality and Standards
•Ensure teams work is checked and relevant checklists are completed in the absence of the TL
•Continuously seek to improve client satisfaction and efficiency
•Apply the highest data security and PCI standards to all processes and make changes where necessary, including communication of such changes to the SD team
•For any issues make clear changes to process and document to prevent future occurrences and communicate to TL
•Demonstrate attention to detail at all times
•Achieve designated work volume - See Appendix 1
•Be up to date in reading all relevant documentation – See Appendix 2
•All complete work is accurate with no errors
