An expanding regional firm of solicitors are looking to appoint a Private Client Fee-earner who will be based in their office in Eastbourne. The firm have several offices across the South East and the successful candidate may be required to travel between offices, so flexibility to travel is key.

The role would suit an ambitious newly qualified solicitor or an assistant solicitor or FILEX with experience in Private Client. The work will involve a wide range of Private Client issues which could include obtaining Probate, the administration of Estates, Will drafting, Intestacy, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Tax and Trust matters and Elderly Client affairs.
It would be an advantage to have experience in marketing and bringing in new clients, or to have a small following of your own.
