COMPANY AIMS
Our organisation aims to deliver a high quality, efficient, cost effective and flexible service, targeted at the specified requirements of our commissioners, whilst being sympathetic to the changing needs of our patients, members and the local community.
We constantly review our business to meet these needs, including looking for additional business to strengthen and grow the company. This might include our traditionally provided services but also new ventures and opportunities to diversify within SEHL.
WORKFORCE
We have a diverse workforce of over 550 staff including a front line team of GPs, Nurses, Call Handlers, Driver/Receptionists and Managers and a support team dealing with administration and rota duties. Other specialist functions based throughout the organisation include Finance, Payroll, Human Resources, Training and Education, Business and Service Development, IT, Estates and Logistics, Practice Based Commissioning, and Operations.
Recently SEHL has created a profit making division known as South East Health Plus Ltd (SEHPL).
